six month pics :)

i cant believe its already been half a year! my little chubby baby is getting so darn big!

Our food journey so far...

Alix will be SIX months old on monday! crazy right!? so we'll get her 6 month pics up then :)
but for now i'm gonna show off our fun times with baby food.
she started with rice cereal when she was 4 months old

next she had some carots... she loves them!

and then came prunes- her favorite so far!

we went on from there to something she liked a lot less (and i dont blame her)- avacado. it was not a hit, but it made for some fun pics


and she absolutely hated peas! (again, i dont blame her)

after that we stopped for a couple of weeks cuz her tummy didnt like it, but right at 5 months old she had her first sippie cup with a little bit of mommy's milk in it and she had fun chewing on it :D

we got her a mesh feeder and she loved the watermelon!!

and enjoyed some pears in it too...

and she loves water... or maybe she just loved the straw...

while we were on vacation she had a special treat... she made funny faces, but threw a fit when i took it away so i think she liked the pickle!



she also had some more prunes while we were on vacation (i just had to fit this pic in here :D she's so cute! and this kitchen island was HUGGGEEE!!)

somehow i missed getting a pic of when she started sweet potatoes... that was right before vacation...
when we got home she had squash for the first time- she made this face, but she finished half the container so she obviously likes it

and lastly(so far) she had apples. she loves them!!

my computer must be eating my pics cuz i cant find the green bean pic or the sweet potatoe pic... it is possible i forgot to take them... oh well, i hope you all enjoyed Alix's adventure in food~~~~ and now for one last fun pic :P
